If you were one of the lucky souls that was able to pick up Peterson Instruments Rub or our SA-77 Cajun Season-All then we have a treat for you.

The rub can be used liberally on any meat you are BBQ’ing.  Some folks like to coat their roast, shoulders, or butts in mustard first.  But it is equally as good as dry rub on any of the above cuts for meat after being patted dry in preparation for the low and slow southern BBQ.

The Cajun Season All can be used as a table side topping or in cooking.  Here are some great recipes and pointers to get you going in the right direction of cajun creole cooking.
